天气放晴，透过雾气蒙蒙的车窗，沿途风景尽收眼底。近处可见：老房子正在被新建房屋取代，展现乡村振兴日新月异的变化。再望远处，绵延起伏的群山披着一层层绿装，描绘出人与自然和谐共生的美好画卷。正如标语所说“绿水青山就是金山银山”。

（The first day cleared up, enabling us to see the sights all along the express way through the misty coach window. What came into our view first was the landscape nearby, with the old houses giving way to the modern ones, reminding us of the rapid development of rural revitalization. Farther in the distance, we could see the massive rolling hills, which highlighted the importance of harmony between nature and human beings. As the banner reads “Lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets”.）

刚到达目的地大井村，我们就看到热情的民宿房东和当地导游笑脸相迎，劳累顿消。繁星点点的夜幕再次降临，尽管气温接近冰点，我们还是在载歌载舞中享受着篝火晚会。

（Upon arriving at our destination Dajing, we were relieved to see the hospitable host families and guides.Starry nights came again, despite the weather (with temperature averaging zero degree), we were able to enjoy the bonfire party which witnessed great joys amid dancing as well as singing.）

第二天一早，我们就为跟上紧凑的行程安排不畏严寒准点起床，竟发现地面上结了一层厚厚的霜，表明半夜气温更为寒冷。当然，还是有人说能看到霜就不虚此行，虽说期待已久的雪还是无处可寻。幸好，随着大巴车沿着蜿蜒曲折的山路缓缓下山，沿途壮观的景色摄人心魄。

（The next morning, we arose early to meet the tight schedule, only to find a thick layer of frost on the ground, confirming that it had been freezing cold midnight. Some might find it quite rewarding though the snow was nowhere to be found as anticipated. Fortunately, the spectacular view literally took our breath away as the coaches headed downhills along the winding mountains.）

不知不觉间，我们已到茨坪。在茨坪，我们瞻仰了革命先烈，了解到其中很多都是年轻的红军战士。正是他们英勇奋战，甚至献出宝贵的生命，才让广大老百姓翻身做主人。我们被烈士们为建立新中国而浴血奋战的感人故事和坚强信念深深触动，暗下决心，定要珍惜这来之不易的和平。在党中央的领导下为建设富强、民主、文明、和谐和美丽的社会主义国家而努力奋斗。

（Soon we found ourselves in Ciping, where we paid tributes to the departed revolutionary martyrs, mostly young Red Army soldiers. It was they who had fought, many even sacrificing their precious lives,to make Chinese people stand on our feet.Deeply motivated by their stories and firm beliefs in founding the PRC, we were determined to cherish the peace that didn’t come easy, and work harder under the top leadership for a modern socialist country that is prosperous, strong, democratic, civilized, harmonious and beautiful.）

返程前，我们来到天街。看到摆放着各式各样琳琅满目货品的特产店，一片繁荣欢乐的场景，让我们更加深刻地体会到：今天的幸福生活，离不开革命先烈的艰苦奋斗，无私付出。

（Before heading back home, we visited Tianjie that had wonderful shops selling speciality products, showing a booming scene. We couldn’t be so blessed without the heroes’ selfless sacrifice and contributions.）
